Position: Certified Medical assistant

Status: Full-time

Shift: Day

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sets up, cleans, and disinfects exam rooms and medical equipment and maintains stock of medications and medical supplies. Practices safety, environmental, and/or infection control methods.
  • Schedule patient appointments. Receive and sort mail, scan documents, etc.
  • Collects data from patients, including insurance information, demographics, and home medication lists.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required. Certified as a Medical Assistant preferred
