The Hawaii Fudge Company is looking for one part time person to be our main delivery driver and help with packaging candies and confectioneries. The preferred schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-2pm; however, maybe this can be a little flexible. This also may turn into a full time position. Must have a valid drivers license. Some duties include driving company van delivering products, washing dishes, cleaning up your area, and packaging/handling food products. We have a small close-knit team and are looking to find someone just as fun, hardworking and energetic

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
- Load and unload products from the vehicle
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents and obtain signatures from customers as proof of delivery
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Communicate with supervisor regarding any issues or delays during deliveries

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred NOT REQUIRED
- Strong time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and use equipment for loading and unloading

Salary: $17.00 per hour
