The Shop Foreman will help in managing and supervising the overall productivity and daily operations of the Shop located at ISI’s main office under the Construction, Repair, and Maintenance company.

 Responsibilities: The Shop Foreman will be responsible or the supervision of the workers, managing daily operations, managing resources, quality control, and workflow. Responsibilities also include but are not limited to enforcing safety regulation and working closely with other office staff on creating budgets and evolving safety procedures. Plan, coordinate, and maintain the moving of equipment to and from jobs. Be able to use computer systems to monitor equipment locations, track equipment accurately, record replacements and find replacements.

 Skills Needed:

Be able to oversee multiple projects at once. Understand and uphold safety guidelines and have the communication skills to be the coordinator between the Shop’s workers and the main office. Knowledge of Microsoft systems.
