Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Multi-Store Fast Casual Restaurant Manager for Freshii franchise (freshii.com) to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the restaurant team members, including training and evaluating, and driving sales through marketing. Freshii stores currently located in Newark and Morris Plains, and additional stores to open in 1-2 years. Opportunities to grow with business.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully aware of all aspects of restaurant operation, including personnel and financial
  • Hire and supervise team of food preparation team members
  • Coach employees and shift managers, in the moment to educate and inspire a change in behavior
  • Implement food safety requirements, and track employee behavior to ensure requirements are met
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees for raises, bonuses, promotion
  • Create culture for positive and enjoyable work environment
  • Track monthly financial results and trends for business forecasting
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, including speaking with customers to see how their experience was, and create customer loyalty and resolve customer issues
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase customer base and sales, and implement strategies
  • Salary, and bonus potential based on sales

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent awareness and communication skills
  • Strong, positive leadership qualities
