Case Manager

Shelter Care, Inc. is seeking an individual to provide direct case management services to youth between the ages of 11 - 18 in a community-based, residential program. The Case Manager will assist with coordinating care within the program as well as with community-based providers. The Case Manager will provide guidance in skill-building for lifelong sufficiency. Schedule is Monday – Friday with some flexibility required to meet the needs of individuals served.
Qualified Candidates: 21 years of age or older;
Possess a valid driver’s license;
Possess an Associate’s degree in social work, human services, behavioral health or a related field or equivalent experience; and
Maintain full compliance with criminal background check requirements.
