We are a small, family-owned business that has been operating for 80 years, specializing in water well drilling and pump installation. We are dedicated to providing high-quality service to residential and commercial clients across Eastern Pennsylvania.

We are seeking individuals that have experience in one or more of the following fields, with a CDL Class A or willing to get one that is paid by company: Water Well Drillers, Pump Installers, Heavy Equipment Operators, CDL Class A Truck Drivers, and Diesel Mechanics.

This role requires daily commuting to Quakertown, PA, with work performed at various job sites throughout Eastern PA.

**** Key Responsibilities ****

Well Drilling:

  • Operate drilling equipment to bore wells according to specified dimensions and depth.
  • Monitor drilling operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Maintain drilling records and logs.

Pump Installation:

  • Install and service water pumps and related systems.
  • Diagnose and repair pump system issues.
  • Ensure installations comply with local codes and industry standards.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance:

  • Operate heavy machinery and tools required for drilling and installation.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
  • Report and address any equipment malfunctions.

Job Site Management:

  • Prepare and maintain job sites, ensuring they are safe and ready for operations.
  • Follow and enforce all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Coordinate with team members and other contractors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in water well drilling and pump installation is preferred.
  • CDL Class A is preferred; willingness to train and certify the right candidate.
  • Comfortable working around large machinery, loud noises, and in outdoor environments throughout all seasons.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as required.
