PT Receptionist

Our Client seeks a Receptionist / Administrative Support Specialist to answer multi-line phones, greet guests, monitor visitor logs and more.
This is a part time, temporary opportunity starting ASAP until mid-July. You will earn $17.00/hour and will work on-site Monday through Friday, from 12pm to 5pm. With an occasional 8:00am – 5:00pm if needed.
To qualify, you must have:
- Minimum one (1) year of office or administrative experience
- Bilingual is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (word and excel)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to understand technical instructions
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Some of your responsibilities as Receptionist / Administrative Support Specialist will include:
- Data Entry
- Answering multi-line phones
- Welcoming visitors
- Working with files and documents
- Scheduling
- Providing clerical support
