We are seeking an ROV Supervisor to oversee the operation and maintenance of Remote Operated Vehicles (ROVs) for subsea projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective execution of ROV operations, providing leadership to the ROV team, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures.

ROV Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ROV operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and client specifications.
• Lead and manage the ROV team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure all ROV operations comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct pre-dive checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ROV systems to ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor ROV performance and coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports of ROV operations, including daily logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Liaise with clients and project managers to provide updates on ROV operations and address any concerns.
• Participate in risk assessments, safety meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain an inventory of ROV spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in ROV technology and practices.

ROV Supervisor Position Requirements

• Completion of valid IMCA (or equivalent) ROV Certificate necessary for the specific geographical area of work
• College-level qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic / Hydraulics Engineering or equivalent
• Comprehensive understanding of Subsea Operations
• IMCA logbook with appropriate entries and satisfactorily completed company assessments.
• Valid offshore medical suitable for geographical area of work
• Valid offshore survival suitable for geographical area of work
