Job DescriptionJob Description

The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for receiving, labelling, and recording inventory. This position will be responsible for the departments inventory management. Responsibilities may also include other general warehouse duties as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document inventory using Microsoft Excel to ensure accurate records.
  • Properly store and label stencils upon receipt, placing them in their designated locations.
  • Investigate and address any inconsistencies in inventory levels.
  • Support efficient stocking activities and assist in expanding the stockroom by installing additional shelving as required.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all material movements.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English, with the ability to comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and skilled in data entry.
  • Basic math skills necessary for accurate inventory management and record-keeping.
  • Must be capable of doing general labor duties if necessary.
