WHAT SKILLS DO WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE?

• Several years of data and low-voltage cabling experience.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings.
• Manage a team of junior level low-voltage installers.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds over your head.
• Valid Driver’s License and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets VSC Driving Privileges standards.

 

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU STANDOUT

• Ability to certify a structured cabling system meets IEEE or ISO standards.
• Process and create certification reports.
• Previous experience leading a cabling crew.

 

YOUR JOB DUTIES

• Installing structured data cabling and low-voltage cable systems.
• Install raceway, speakers and rack systems.
• Site surveys and audits.
• Accurate and timely submission of job-related documentation.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
