Integrity Industries is seeking an experienced CNC programmer and machinist to operate mills and lathes.

 

This meticulous, self-driven individual is responsible for programming and running parts on various CNC mills and lathes. responsibilities include:

  • Create and optimize programs for CNC Lathes.
  • Sets up and operates CNC Lathes.
  • Performs quality inspection of parts manufactured.
  • Optimize programming strategies to improve quality and increase productivity.
  • Maintains clear record and documentation of programs.
  • Performs preventive maintenance of equipment.
  • Skills and Competencies Ability to set-up, operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment.
  • Deep understanding of turning operations, technical blueprints, and 3D models.
  • Ability to program on Fusion 360. Experience defining and designing holding fixtures and inspection instruments such as go-no go gauge.
  • Have knowledge and experience in cutting tool selection and defining optimal cutting conditions.
  • Knowledge of Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Use FUSION 360 to design 3D models and write full programs for CNC milling and turning.
  • Creating CAD models and prototyping to test concepts and processes.
  • Reading engineered drawings to ensure parts are produced according to required tolerances and specifications (UNDERSTAND GD&T)
  • Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction.

Hours: 7am-4pm

40 hour shift
