We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Real Estate Receptionist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Job Summary: The Bilingual Real Estate Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen interest in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments for clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and file management.
- Assist with translation and interpretation services for clients and documents.
- Fulfill other administrative responsibilities and provide support to Escrow Officer and Closer.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Kansas notary license is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
