We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Dispatcher/Coordinator for our Walnut office.  

Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience in the HVAC industry a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong writing and editing skills (grammar, spelling, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work with a variety of personalities
• Highly detailed and organized
• Experienced in dispatching multiple technicians and keeping track of their work
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and all levels of management

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

• Close service orders on an ongoing basis
• Write service calls and time and material approvals
• Answering incoming office phone calls
• Write purchase orders for technicians as needed
• Dispatch service orders to technicians throughout each day
• Use mobile phone and iPad to interact with technicians and other personnel
• Log on to customer automated systems to close/follow work orders
• Assist Office Manager and Sales Reps with day to day procedures
• Take on-call duty every other week
