Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, providing tailored solutions based on their business needs.
- Drive the Sales process, actively use CRM to manage leads, conduct client visits, make calls, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to recommend the best solutions and promote current sales and offers.
- Drive sales by understanding customer challenges and proposing relevant products and services.
- Assist with basic print shop duties and bookkeeping, ensuring smooth operations.

- Sales-Driven and Customer-Centric: A strong focus on meeting sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a particular strength in engaging with customers.

- Organized Multi-Tasker: Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and provide thorough follow-up on sales leads and customer inquiries.

- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to assist in various shop tasks and support the team’s overall success.
Experience/Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior sales or customer service experience highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a print shop is desirable but not required.
Certification/Licensure
- Valid Georgia Driver License required (preferably with own vehicle for running errands to support shop production)
Schedule:
Up to 20-30 hours per week initially, slowly ramping up to full-time. Mon- Friday (1pm - 5pm initially, flexible)
Work Location: In person
Working Conditions
- Retail Print shop environment. Some lifting upt0 15-20 lbs occasionally
- Some driving required to pick-up and drop-off to/from customer and/or vendor locations within 5-10 miles radius
