The majority of our clients are active individuals including youth sports participants (multiple clubs and high school teams), physically active adults, and professional athletes. The therapy clinic also houses a high-performance training gym offering individual programs, group classes, and Pilates.
Here at DSC Performance, knowledge of movement patterns, manual therapy skills, and an evidence-based approach is critical. The clinic is a true learning environment led by clinicians with extensive experience. Education for all staff is a priority here at DSC. As such, we serve as clinic instructors for several DPT programs in Southern California. Experienced therapists are valued and new grads are also encouraged to apply and will have the ability to join a mentorship program to help kick-start your professional growth. DSC currently employs multiple physical therapists with >40 years therapy experience. It has a full complement of cutting-edge rehab equipment including high powered laser, NeuX, BFR, and Normatc. The clinic is owned by, Kevyn Dean, MSPT, OCS who is the medical director for the USA Olympic surf team. Our belief is that results are best achieved when an evidenced based, wholistic, and collaborative approach is adapted to each individual patient. DSC is connected to a high-performance training gym providing both individual and group classes.
