Welder

Looking for highly skilled welders to assemble and weld high precision metal components of various sizes and complexity.
 
Skill Requirements for Welders (These requirements are the minimum needed):
· Welders should possess 3+ years’ experience welding using MIG & TIG welding
· Capably of welding multiple type of materials, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum
· Can read and have a full understanding of assembly documentation
· Understands and can adhere to welding symbols.
· Can work from verbal instructions
· Has the capability to inspect own work.
· Possess a desire for producing high quality products.
· Ability to work independently, and also as a team player with co-workers.

Responsibilities:
· Setup and weld assemblies and various other components.
· Read assembly drawing and recommend the best method to produce high-quality welds.
· Ensure tolerances and finishes to meet blueprint specification as well as any unwritten specifications.
· Work with machinists for best fit on mating parts.
· Ensure parts produced meet company expectations.
