Tax Accountant

Established tax planning and compliance firm with former Big 4 leadership seeks a tax professional that enjoys working with individuals and small business owners.

Responsibilities:

Have a working knowledge of tax laws for individuals, fiduciaries and small businesses;

Exhibit good communication skills and confidentiality;

Preparation and review of individual, fiduciary, corporate and partnership tax returns;

Tax research, planning and analysis.

Learn and grow while being in control of your schedule.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

At least 3 years of Public Accounting Experience in tax

CPA , EA or CPA Candidate

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of various computer programs

THIS IS A FLEXIBLE PART TIME POSITION (16-24 HOURS PER WEEK) MOST OF THE YEAR WITH MORE HOURS FROM JANUARY 15TH TO APRIL 15TH AND SEPTEMBER 1ST TO OCTOBER 15TH. WE ARE SMOKE AND DRUG FREE BUT WILL ENTERTAIN VISITS BY YOUR PET.

NO TRAVEL IS REQUIRED WITH THIS POSITION.
