Position Description

The Sales Representative AKA Investment Sales Specialist are the face of the company to the seller, the high-level sales person whose responsibility is to achieve our company core purpose. In this position, you will be talking to Investors on the phone and going on in person appointments. You will be responsible for meeting the daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators based on your goals. 


The Mission & Purpose of The Investment Sales Specialist

The mission of the Investment Sales Specialist specialist is to sell properties and drive revenue for the company through effectively maintaining a pipeline and utilizing our sales process. 


Responsibilities


  • Managing and keeping a pipeline of deals.
  • Keeping detailed notes and meticulous task management.
  • Making Phone calls
  • Attending In-Person showings
  • Running extensive comparable property analysis
  • Constantly networking to create new opportunities with investors and buyers

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and/or Associates degree
  • Previous call center experience in a sales environment is preferred
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Self-motivation and drive required
  • Experience overcoming objections and working to close the sale
