Our Client, a Fortune 100 energy company who specializes in pioneering new research and pursuing new technologies to create more efficient forms of energy, is seeking a Chemical Inventory Technician to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to work at a household name, get industry best training, and work with state of the art equipment, systems and products.

Location: Hunterdon County, NJ
Pay: $22-$27/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate material receiving, distribution, and shipping, including 55-gallon drums
  • Load/unload trucks, manage packages, organize inventory, and maintain facility cleanliness
  • Prepare shipping documents and handle chemical inventories and samples
  • Conduct safety inspections, maintain equipment, and ensure a secure work environment
  • Manage multiple tasks independently, follow detailed procedures, and use Microsoft Office proficiently
  • Preferably have experience in chemical handling or lab work
  • Must meet physical requirements, hold a valid driver's license, and prioritize safety
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and adherence to safety protocols and PPE are essential

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • 1-2 years of warehouse experience
  • Some exposure working with chemicals is preferred
