Job Title: Master Lawn Care & Snow Removal Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Lawn Care & Snow Removal Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces by providing expert lawn care services and efficient snow removal during winter months. This position requires a passion for landscaping, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, aerating, fertilizing, and watering lawns.
- Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers to enhance the overall landscape.
- Monitor the health of plants and recommend treatments as needed.
- Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots using appropriate equipment.
- Safely operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment.
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner while meeting quality standards.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for lawn care and snow removal services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn care maintenance and snow removal.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping tools and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
