JOB# 1045 Leasing Agent

Denton, TX

$16/Hr

Our Client is looking for 2 temps to hire experienced leasing agents. They will be alternating working Saturdays unless one of them is fine working every Saturday. For the week they work Saturday, they will have a day off during the week. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9-6 and Saturday 10-5. We are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible.

Skills and Qualifications
Must have at least 1 year experience in apartments.

Duties
Presenting properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants.
Acting as a landlord for property owners and help them navigate the property market.
Advertising available properties using a variety of media and promotion materials.

Benefits
