Hailshield Roofing is looking for a few good salespeople that have experience or would like to learn about the multi billion dollar a year property insurance repair industry. Most of our Canvassers work from 4-8pm nightly and are making 3-5k a week off a couple of closes. All you have to do is set the appointment at the door, and you're paid that day for the appointment and then on the backend anywhere from $500.00 to $1,000 on the close. We already have salesmen hired ready to do the roof inspections & closing the deals so you get paid quick & easy 

Our system is super easy as long as you are a social person, able to handle rejection because there will be homeowners that say "No" and that's okay. You just have to be ready for two things - Knocking & Repetition. I started in this industry and one my first day, a Saturday, had 6 appointments with no roofing experience AT ALL

We teach homeowners and new hires every day about the damage on a roof, what they need to replace it (filing a claim) and then getting it covered. That is where we come in. We work together with the sales side & the Canvassers collaborating to #1. Get in the door and then #2. Close the deal on the insurance process which doesn't take but two to three weeks from the initial meeting where the Canvasser sets the appointment. To the closing meeting with an inspector, the salesman who meets with an adjuster shows him or her the damage and we close the deal on it for the homeowner. After that, we install a new roof and everyone is paid

Most people don't realize that Residential roofing is fun, easy and serious money. 


Multiple storms have devastated the Houston multiplex and many surrounding areas such as Cypress, JV, Katy, Sugarland, Tomball, Spring, Conroe and many other areas all over south Texas.

If you are a people person, enjoy helping people and making a lot of money for doing so, you will do well in this industry.

Roofing and property damage repair sales are more about educating property owners on how to file a claim and work together with insurance companies to facilitate getting their repairs completed.

Our average roof replacement claims range from $20k to $40k with 40% to 45% profit margins and some even higher.

We pay 50% commission on in-house leads and 60% commission on self generated leads. With zero office or overhead fees.

If you are in this industry and know what your value is, you should be getting paid top dollar for your efforts. If you’re going to get up in the morning and put your efforts towards anything, you should at least get the most compensation for your efforts.
