-Must have experience in installation of flooring, drywall, bathrooms, and finish carpentry

 

-Strong communication skills and comfortability being the main point of contact on- site, to keep both the Project Manager and homeowner in the loop

 

-Keen ability for daily record keeping, documentation, and photos

 

-On- Time, Every Time

 

-Reliable transportation to and from job sites, with ability to haul

 

-Must be tooled

 

-Ability to stand, kneel, squat, reach and twist throughout an 8 to 10 hour work day.

 

-Ability to safely lift up to 75lbs consistently, throughout an 8 to 10 hours workday.

 

-Detail- oriented with a drive to provide exceptional craftsmanship
