**Nail Technician (Booth Renter)**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate nail technician to join our team as a booth renter. As a booth renter, you will have the opportunity to run your own nail business within our established salon space, providing a wide range of nail care services to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, nail art, and nail enhancements according to client preferences and industry standards.

2. Consult with clients to assess their nail care needs, preferences, special considerations and requests and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

3. Provide exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality nail services in a professional and timely manner.

4. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, sterilize tools and equipment, adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards according to State Board, to ensure the health and safety of clients and professionals.

5. Stay informed about current nail trends, techniques, and products, and continuously improve your skills through training and education.

6. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Follow through with any client requests or concerns. Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering personalized nail care services and recommending home care regimens.

7. Manage client appointments, scheduling, and payment processing efficiently using salon software or booking systems.

8. Uphold the salon's reputation for excellence by upholding professional standards of conduct and representing the salon brand positively.

**Requirements:**

1. Valid nail technician license or certification issued by the state board of cosmetology.

2. Proven experience as a nail technician, preferably in a salon or spa environment.

3. Strong technical skills in various nail techniques including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylic nails, and nail art.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

5. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.

6. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

7. Knowledge of nail care products, trends, and industry best practices.

8. Willingness to adhere to salon policies and procedures, including sanitation and safety protocols.
