Victor's Celtic Coffee Company is a warm and inviting coffee shop in Redmond, WA, passionate about serving high-quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista team member to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty lattes.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations.
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
  • Offer excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Refill coffee bean hoppers, milk, and other beverage supplies.
  • Wash dishes, clean countertops, and maintain a tidy cafe environment.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista.
  • Strong understanding of espresso-based drinks and various coffee brewing methods.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming personality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work weekdays and weekends with a flexible schedule.
