SitePro Solutions is seeking an experienced commercial/industrial Pipefitter Foreman for a contract-to-hire position with one of the top contracting companies in Phoenix

The foreman is tasked with overseeing their personnel to ensure the project aligns with plans, specifications, and budget. The provided list outlines some of their specific responsibilities. Any inquiries about duties should be directed to their immediate supervisor.

Pipefitter Foreman responsibilities include:

• Familiarize with contract documents, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure accurate layout and adherence to contract documents.
• Maintain records for as-built drawings and daily reports.
• Supervise crew to maximize productivity and safety.
• Coordinate subcontractors and communicate with Project Manager on production and schedule.
• Supervise construction quality to meet plans and specifications.
• Provide input during project preplanning phase.
• Review contract documents, submit RFIs, and obtain value engineering items.
• Review major equipment and rough materials submittals.
• Coordinate preparation of shop drawings and construction schedule.
• Attend project meetings and prepare pre-fabrication materials.
• Order necessary materials and submit requisitions.
• Plan and layout work areas in advance for productivity.
• Submit labor time to Payroll Department.
• Receive and protect materials and major equipment.
• Review labor cost reports for budget compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of recent commercial/industrial experience
• JW License is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of job site safety
• Willingness to travel to job sites.
