Shift is between 11PM to 7:00 AM - Must be able to work this schedule.

Those with a manufacturing background in management are strongly encouraged to apply.

 

Must be able to work flexible schedule to include weekends and all operating hours as needed, based on customer needs.

We are seeking an Onsite Recruiter to join our team You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.

Responsibilities:

• Works onsite at the customer's facility - as the customer liaison.
• Managing 40-100 temporary associates
• Reports Daily Attendance to customer and agency's home office
• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Ability to understand customer's processes and effectively train employees
• On-board and train new employees
• Implement company, policies, attendance and safety programs
• Provide management with requested reports and documents
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files
• Develops and maintains solid working relationships with individual departments and managers of the customer by walking floor daily to conduct and analyze staffing trends

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in, onsite supervision, staffing or operation experience in logistics with a recruiting background.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
