We are seeking skilled Journeyman Electricians to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the electrical systems in our clients, commercial, and industrial projects are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be a certified Journeyman Electrician with extensive experience in electrical work, a strong understanding of electrical codes, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
• Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems and to ensure proper installation and operations.
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps.
• Work with project managers and team members to coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures and reporting any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician in commercial, and/or industrial electrical systems.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Exceptional ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in electrical engineering or a related field is a plus.
