Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and Repairs:

  • Customer Service:

    • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Explain plumbing issues and repair processes to homeowners clearly.
    • Provide cost estimates for repairs and installations.

  • Compliance:

    • Ensure all plumbing work complies with local and state plumbing codes.
    • Follow safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
    • Complete necessary paperwork and reports promptly.
Qualifications

  • Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or relevant trade school education.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional plumber.
    • Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing systems is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to read blueprints and plumbing diagrams.

  • Licensure:

    • Valid plumbing license for the state in which you will be working.
