Experienced RNs with hospital AND home care experience to work per diem doing home visits who are able to:
TURN IN ALL PAPERWORK ON TIME COMPLETED WITH ACCURATE HOME ASSESSMENT OF PATIENT.
DETAIL ORIENTED, INTELLIGENT, EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE - PLEASE BE PREPARED TO HAVE TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGH TECH NURSES AND NURSES WHO WOULD LIKE TO "MANAGE THE CASE" NOT JUST SPEND 5 MINUTES ON THE VISIT.

ALSO LOOKING FOR CASE MANAGER TO WORK FULL TIME IN NORTH HOLLYWOOD OFFICE 10-7. Must have private Duty home care experience but must be willing to make home visits/shifts in emergencies
IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR RNS FOR NEW EVALS, DRESSING CHANGES, BLOOD DRAWS, NEW ASSESSMENTS ON NEW WORKER'S COMP PATIENTS. NO OASIS PAPERWORK.
MUST POSSESS SOME ABILITY TO CASE MANAGE AND FOLLOW UP ON PATIENTS (MD and Insurance company)
MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI TASK AND ORGANIZE YOURSELF AND SCHEDULE
ALSO NEED IV RNs to do restarts/heplock, Central Lines, IV infusions.
Willing to drive in LOS ANGELES, ORANGE COUNTY, VENTURA, LANCASTER, ETC.

WE NEED RNS TO OPEN CASE, CALL Director of Patient Care Services WITH REPORT, TURN IN PAPERWORK IN 24 HOURS, FOLLOW CASE ONGOING - LABS, REPORTS TO MD, SUPERVISE LVNS AND CHHAS, REPORT TO OFFICE RNS.
MUST HAVE GOOD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND GOOD WITH CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION. AGENCY LIKES TO HAVE RNS OPEN AND FOLLOW THEIR OWN CASES
BILINGUAL A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED.
RATES
RN $45- $75/hour
We specialize in high tech home infusion visits & care to catastrophic patients (Ventilator Dependent, Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injured) in addition to having PT, OT, ST, LCSW available. All cases are supervised by Registered Nurses who also case manage each patient. We can bill all private insurance plans, worker's compensation, long term care insurance, & accept all major credit cards.
