This multifaceted role involves direct interaction with healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance patient outcomes and advance our mission.In addition to leading business development efforts, you'll drive marketing activities to effectively communicate our value proposition, increase company program awareness, and generate demand for our services. Your strategic guidance and leadership will be instrumental in aligning our marketing efforts with overall business objectives and ensuring a cohesive approach across all channels.Your leadership extends beyond sales and marketing; you'll also mentor and empower our sales representatives, providing guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in empowering our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.This role demands a self-directed and proactive individual who excels at strategic planning, relationship-building, team leadership, and driving marketing initiatives. General Accountabilities
  • Participate as a team member who reports to the Leadership Team
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, development, and implementation of business development, sales, and marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve sales goals operating within budget, help prepare and maintain controlled expenses.
  • Provide strong leadership in the hiring, development, mentoring, and retention of employees.
  • Develop, direct, and update employee training programs.
  • Motivate staff and resources through strong leadership, providing clear definition of goals.
  • Strengthen and maintain a goal-oriented regional environment that stresses performance, accountability, teamwork, credibility, and success.
  • Coordinate business development activities with other departments, acting as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Prepare timely reports of departmental activities (e.g., sales results or projections, staff development)
  • Research, analyze, and monitor factors to capitalize on opportunities and ensure the company maintains a competitive edge and growth in market share.
  • Prepare and submit forecasts, detailed analysis of opportunities, potential, barriers to success, and strategies for growth and penetration.
  • Ensure all activities are following the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate high standards of ethics and compliance by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis, then analysis the data to identify opportunities.
  • Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Ideal candidates have experience in medical related field, specifically in wound care.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a wound care B2B background.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong sales drive, adaptability, and success orientation
  • Emotional intelligence and active listening skills are essential in this role.
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Travel required.
