We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Heavy Machine Operator with piping experience for projects in Palm Coast, FL. I specifically need an Experienced Operator Someone that can operate an Excavator and that’s experienced in installing large pipe at deep depths. Experience in flanged piping and mechanical equipment installation is a plus. OSHA-10 Certification is a plus but not a requirement. Have to be able to handle extreme weather: hot, cold and rain. Must be able to lift 80lbs and stand long periods of time Must have a driver license and reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check and drug test. Pay in accordance with experience. Looking for a skilled operator with over 100 hours in seat time.

Needs to be able to run a trackhoe (320 or larger), dozer, and loader.

Willing to step out of machine and work with his/her crew.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

_RUN ALL EQUIPMENT SAFETLY AND EFFECTIVELY TO GET THE JOB DONE

  • Install and join pipes for underground utilities; water mains, sewer mains and storm drains
  • Handling and/or moving materials
  • Backfill pipe trenches
  • Rig and set precast structures and pipe materials
  • Use hand tools such as cut off saw, wrenches, tampers, pumps lasers, levels.
  • Install dewatering systems; pumps, Kelly wells, well points and sock drains
