Construction Laborer

Job Description:

As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in various stages of construction projects, from demolition to finishing touches. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of our projects, as you will be working under the direction of our skilled construction team. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the setup and clean up of construction sites

- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment

- Digging trenches and excavations

- Assisting with the installation of building materials, such as drywall, flooring, and roofing

- Removing debris and waste materials

- Operating machinery and power tools, such as drills and saws

- Performing basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring and cutting materials

- Following safety procedures and guidelines at all times

- Communicating effectively with the construction team to ensure smooth progress of projects

- Adhering to project timelines and deadlines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred

- Knowledge of construction materials and equipment

- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team setting

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects

- Familiar with safety protocols and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

- Valid driver's license is preferred

 Salary: $27.000 to $38,000 yearly
