Are you looking for summer work to bridge the gap of school? OR possibly looking to launch a career pursuit outside of, or alongside college? If jumping into work pursuits is what you want to do, this may be the spot for you.

We are looking for a Property Service Apprentice to be a part of our team In this labor intensive position you will be responsible for performing several services we offer as a company, and assisting with any other projects we have going on within Property Services. This is an entry level job, and we are looking to train an individual to be a part of all we do.

Services We Offer:

  • Rain Gutter Installation
  • Alumawood Patio Cover Installation
  • Exterior Painting
  • Property Maintenance (Gutter Cleaning/Repairs, Window Washing, Pressure Washing etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform the services (listed above) assigned to you / your team day to day
    • the majority of work may be property maintenance
  • Learn to Specialize in Rain Gutter Installation / Alumawood Patio Cover
  • Order materials / Maintain Supplies / Upkeep Equipment
  • Be flexible, eager to learn, and hard working
  • Care for customers really well, & strive toward perfection with our services
  • Collect Customer Feedback & Assure Client Satisfaction
  • Be a part of building our team, and the services we offer

Qualifications:

  • Experience is not required, but labor intensive experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of home improvement services, and interest in them
  • Strong skills/trade/service tasks aptitude, desire to learn more within them
  • Perfection oriented & Customer Caring
  • Ability to:
    • Climb UP and DOWN Ladders
    • Work On Roofs / With Heights
    • Lift a minimum of 75 pounds for an extended period of time
    • Work Flexible Hours / Work Flexible Tasks
    • Use Construction Equipment including some machines, and basic equipment such as a drill/hammer
    • Assess the safety of situations & be self-aware of capabilities
  • Be entrepreneurially minded, have respect, ambition, and a willingness to grow
  • Be on time, reliable, and communicative
  • Must have a valid drivers license & the ability to commute to work locations
