Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing data security and compliance business as a Customer Success Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, project management, Technical Auditing and a keen understanding of compliance regulations and auditing, particularly in the areas of HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST, ISO27001, and SOC2.
The ideal candidate is a customer-centric professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

In This Role:
- Successfully manage and deliver multiple client projects on time, leading to increased client satisfaction and retention.
- Perform comprehensive audits on all clients, identifying critical areas for improvement that reduce customer risk.
- Represent the company at conferences, effectively networking and nurturing customer relationships.
- Visit current and new customers when required to continue to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, resulting in client retention.
- Successfully upsell additional services to existing customers contributing to an increase in annual revenue.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related experience in customer service, project management, compliance, auditing, data security, IT, healthcare, or compliance sectors.
- Familiarity of data security principles and compliance regulations
- Internal Auditor certification for ISO27001 or CISA certification or similar auditor certification desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage customer-related projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with CRM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologies.
