What You Will Receive as a CNC Machinist:

• Starting Wages: $24.00 – 30.00/hr. (depending on experience)
• Mon - Thurs: SWING SHIFT (2pm - 12:30am) *Friday (optional for OT)

What You Will Be Doing as CNC Machinist:

• You will be setting up and operating Lathes and VMC machines, machining mostly mild steel, with some weldments, aluminum, and cast iron.

• Operate vertical mills and lathes, 3-axis CNC machines, Toyoda mill, Vertical Doosan.

What You Will Need to Have as CNC Machinist:

• 2+ years of hands-on manual machining experience, or educational / trade school training
• Knowledge in programming.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, depth micrometers, bore micrometers, and height gauges, etc.
• Ability to read a blueprint, and understand GD&T
• Fanuc and Haas control panels knowledge
• Setup fixturing and tooling (including machine offsets)
• High degree of patience and attention to detail
• Highly Preferred: Knowledge of hand G-code programming and/or mill and lathe
• Must be able to follow safety policies and must be willing to wear PPE. All departments are required to wear eye and hearing protection, steel-toed boots, and metatarsal guards.
