Innovative Cabinets and Closets located in Westfield, Indiana, is currently hiring a carpenter/ cabinet installer.

We are seeking a top notch carpenter to join our team. Must be professional, friendly, and enjoy working with customers. Experience with fine residential cabinetry and closet making will ensure that you meet our high expectations.

Bring you impeccable skills and we will give you what you need to succeed including: tools, supplies, a truck, consistent work, and additional ongoing support.

Compensation will be paid at an hourly rate based on your experience with the potential for performance based increases. Health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and paid vacations are added benefits.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry and cabinet making experience required.**

• Countertop experience preferred.

• Positive Attitude.

• CNC machine experience a plus

• AutoCAD experience a plus

• Problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift 80 lbs .

• Able to work flexible hours. M-F, No Weekends.

• Must have valid Drivers License .

• Impeccable customer service and interacting with customers is essential.
