ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Will include the following but is not limited to:

Ø Daily Inspection of vehicles.

Ø Properly securing loads upon pick up and delivery.

Ø Maintain contact with shipping supervisor to report changes and/or delays in route.

Ø Adhere to schedule to ensure on-time pick up and delivery.

Ø Professionalism in all customer/client interactions.

Ø Compliance with all State and Federal regulations while driving.

Ø Short and long-distance driving as required to meet production demands.

Ø Packing, unpacking, and sorting of materials on location.

Ø Working within the department as an inventory associate during non-driving periods.

Ø Ability to read and speak the English language to comply and interpret road signs.

Ø Arriving at work on time for every scheduled shift.

**Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Minimum 1 year experience in operating light and delivery trucks.

Ø Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ø Ability to write routine reports and correspondence as necessary to properly fill out production reports and to request additional support as needed.

Ø Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Ø Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ø Able to use measuring tools to determine that Quality Assurance specifications are met.
