CADD Drafter

We are seeking a person to join our team. As a CADD Operator, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to drafting, and basic mechanical/plumbing design. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience with CAD software and a desire to see completed designs and learn in the process.

Duties:
- Create and modify detailed drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, and Revit
- Collaborate with engineers to draft accurate 2D construction documents
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of revisions and mark-ups made to designs
- Collaborate with other team members to meet project requirements
- Maintain documentation of design changes and updates

Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, and Revit
- Understanding of mechanical/plumbing design principles and practices
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and mark-ups
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate other team members working on the same project
