For both the instructor and assistant instructor positions, you must have a Ph.D. in psychology or a Doctor of Psychology from a quality school and an active psychologist license or be in the process of obtaining one. You will help by teaching students live online and providing feedback on their written assignments.

 

We do not want our students to first learn about psychologists when they are suffering. Our students are fourteen to seventeen years old. We want them to possess adequate understanding and judgment to make decisions for themselves and know where to seek proper help when needed.

 

Our recruitment process is designed to assess your suitability for the role and ensure a good fit. It consists of three steps. First, we will conduct a virtual interview to get to know you better. Second, we will provide you with draft course materials to work on. You need to create detailed lesson plans for each day of your course within thirty days. Finally, we will evaluate your ability to teach live via Access My Courses on our website. This process allows us to gauge your understanding of the subject matter and teaching skills.

 

We are a startup that is not qualified to sponsor international students. I am in Santa Clara and will be here for the next two years to consult businesses and work on Useful Knowledge. I like people who are prepared and do things well. The most qualified will become the instructor and the 2nd place will become the assistant instructor.

 

Our compensation is to attract both entry-level and senior psychologists. We do not want you to select a career based on compensation. 1099 Independent Contractor. You are a professional; we trust that you can purchase your insurance, invest for retirement, and set aside taxes. You do not need to be in an office to work with us. This is one of the most trusted and respected occupations. You will contribute significantly to society. Your contract is for one year. After that, we have the option to extend it. In most cases, an extension will occur. Once you are with us, unless something very unfortunate occurs or you want a career change, we would love to keep you as long as we operate.

 

Enticements and Habits. Six lesson days. Two assignments. Instructor: $440,000 a year or $36,666.66 a month. Assistant instructor: $360,000 a year or $30,000 a month.
