RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the general phases of a civil lawsuit.
- Updating clients on the status of their case.
- Answering general questions from clients about the different phases of their case.
- Interacting with defense counsel and car dealerships to schedule vehicle surrenders.
- Assisting clients in assembling documents required for the settlement of their case.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Aligning with our Firm’s core values, the ideal candidate is someone who has –
- Has the ability to fluently speak and read Spanish.
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience with tele-marketing, intake and/or handling high volume of calls on a daily basis (prior experience in a law firm is not required, but preferred).
- The ability to be polite, professional and eloquent while speaking with clients.
- The ability to pay close attention to detail and must have strong organizational skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively, listen closely and convey questions and instructions clearly.
- Persistence and patience with following up and helping clients.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a high volume workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- The ability to work cohesively and constructively with all levels of firm personnel.
