POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Lead (Sales) position drives Advanced Assembly sales into new and existing accounts within a specific geographical territory (and other assigned customers) by developing, and maintaining relationships (with Engineers, Buyers and Executive Management) with all accounts. The Project Lead prospects for new business and grows existing business by identifying, qualifying, and winning opportunities, within their assigned territory. The Project Lead will possess an inquisitive and persuasive style of communication coupled with an aggressive hunger for successful sales interactions and a solid record of hitting/exceeding quotas within their territory.

What you'll do:

  • Create strategic sales plan to win over and stay top of mind with key customers.
  • Persuasively pitch services and capabilities to land new customer opportunities.
  • Generate and maintain sales pipeline of sufficient size to ensure hitting/exceeding quotas.

  • Utilize internal resources to streamline operational communications to customers and resolve issues.
  • Understand Advanced Assembly’s competitive position in the marketplace and hold credible conversations with all customers and leads.
  • Utilize expertise of teammates and management to increase ability to understand the customer’s general business needs and how Advanced Assembly can help solve issues.
  • Develop a technical knowledge of circuit board assembly and Advanced Assembly’s competitive advantages.

What you'll need:

  • Quantifiable track record of sales performance at a high level of achievement
  • Experience creating and executing on a territory sales plan
  • Proven track record high level sales and/or customer service activity
  • Ability to work under pressure of a monthly quota
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation

Desired:

  • SAP (or other ERP) knowledge/experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar software
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical information
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Work Schedule:

Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Compensation:

  • $25.00/ hour and possible bonuses
