We are hiring an exceptional Residential Drafter/Designer who shares our passion for high-end residential design. In this role, you will:

  • Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD to produce detailed construction documents for custom homes
  • Translate models from SketchUp into AutoCAD
  • Engage in the creative process of design development, bringing unique ideas to life
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, contributing to projects that define luxury homes

We Are Looking for Someone With:

  • A degree in architecture (technical, undergraduate, or graduate)
  • 5 or more years of experience in designing and drafting high-end architectural homes
  • Proficiency and efficiency in producing residential construction documentation
  • Advanced skills in AutoCAD. SketchUp a plus
  • A thorough understanding of the single-family residential construction process
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
