As a Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with various tasks and ensuring smooth operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Route Driver as a Driver Helper in the collection of Waste and/or Recyclable material.
  • Adhere to Waste Management Safety Rules, OSHA requirements, and local, state, and federal laws.
  • Load and empty residential and/or commercial containers manually or mechanically into the truck.
  • Perform duties in a fast-paced team environment, demonstrating motor coordination, physical effort, and the ability to handle objects weighing more than 25 pounds frequently.

  • Ability to drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
