Universal Construction is a full-service remodeling and maintenance company. Our work ranges from Multifamily, single family, and Commercial builds as well as property maintenance and repair. Universal Construction is Looking for several technicians that have general knowledge in framing, siding, door installation, window installation, decking work, interior and exterior finishing work, basic electrical and plumbing. Must be self-motivated and willing to work with others as a team. Must have good people skills and be able to trouble shoot and resolve problems in construction. Must be able to complete the work assigned daily but be able to fill out daily paperwork and logs for billing. Excellent communication skills with customers and Universal Management a must. Employees are assigned a company van for daily work ticket having a valid driver’s license is a must.
