Job Tasks (Duties)
· Greeting guests
· Serving food and beverages to guests
· Taking guests food and beverage orders
· Bringing them the correct drinks and dishes and refilling their beverages as needed
· Set up and break down of event
· Accommodate all guests by circulating the room during service
· Answering guest questions and accommodating special requests
· Provide guests with an excellent banquet experience
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years banquet service experience
Physical Requirements
· Able to stand, walk, bend, stretch upwards of 8 hours
· Able to lift upwards of 25 lbs
