Investment Associate

S.E.E.D.'s Investment Division is responsible for managing individual and institutional client investment portfolios on a discretionary basis. This team also provides guidance and recommendations on client portfolios (including 401k and 403b accounts) held away at outside institutions.
On a day-to-day basis, the Investment Team members, including Investment Associates and Investment Analysts are responsible for the following:
- Processing money movement requests, transferring client funds between investment accounts and to outside financial institutions.
- Processing trades of equity and fixed-income securities, and rebalancing client portfolios to ensure consistency with the assigned objectives and risk tolerance.
- Ongoing analysis of mutual funds and ETFs, to ensure delivery of high-quality investment vehicles to our clients.
- Provide analysis and reporting to the Financial Planning and Tax Teams.
- Prepare analysis and reporting for our individual and institutional clients.
- Communicating with clients regarding investment-related matters.
- Serving as a primary point of contact in managing relationships with investment-only (non-financial planning) clients.
- Contributing to the equity research process through the analysis of companies as directed by senior management.
- Assisting with the Your Values and Fixed-Income investment programs as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the internal Investment Team web page.
