A Moment Away is currently seeking a Spa Manager who can help manage day-to-day operations and drive growth forward.
REQUIREMENTS:
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
2+ years of management experience
Initiate and implement marketing and promotional plans to actively grow revenue and profit lines
In conjunction with owner, set key performance indicators for each department to ensure a results-driven business
Hiring, training and scheduling employees
Overseeing facility maintenance in accordance to standards
Introduce new product lines, equipment, and treatments to all required areas
Maintain company protocols in accordance to the employee handbook
Create professional development plans for all employees
Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency of the spa
Love of the beauty industry
The position requires:
Ability to communicate technical information in a simple manner
Openness to learning new technologies and software
Embrace diversity and motivate teams to provide exceptional service daily
Positive energy
Solid understanding of the industry and methods to ensure customer satisfaction
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work on weekends and evenings
The ideal candidate will:
Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement
Be comfortable learning new client management systems
Reliable, responsible, accountable
Kind, aware of others, and emotionally intelligent
Passionate about the aesthetics industry and learning
A Moment Away is a fast paced central Ct Day Spa that changes lives daily. We opened in 2006 and now see over 1,000 clients a month. We have an amazing team who are supportive and willing to work together to complete the client experience.
