Job Title: Insurance Call center Agent
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months (Contract to hire)
Pay Range is $18 Hr
Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, investigate, and promptly resolve customer inquiries accurately.
- Address customer service issues via phone, email, chat, and TEAMS.
- Ensure clear documentation of all customer communications.
- Educate callers to achieve first-contact resolution.
- Interact proficiently through multiple channels: Chat, Phone, E-mail, and TEAMS.
- Successfully pass required testing.
- Mandatory participation and attendance.
- Flexible for schedule rotations, adhering to assigned schedules.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
- Saturdays and Sundays: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM (varied shifts)
