Job DescriptionJob Description

The company is currently seeking ​an Mechanic to become an integral part of our team You will perform vehicle repairs. We're looking for someone with mechanic experience and a solid foundation for mechanical knowledge, even if it's just experience at home. You can learn here as long as you have that basic foundation. We are a mechanic/body shop looking for someone highly motivated and willing to learn. Someone who is business-minded is preferred so that they can eventually be promoted to manager and/or salesperson. Apply today as we will need to hire another mechanic ASAP

Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle repairs after a mechanic has diagnosed the problem
  • Find parts online or by calling stores
  • Pick up parts from stores and salvage yards
  • Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
  • Inspect and test vehicles for necessary adjustments
  • Run errands
  • Make phone calls
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with multiple vendors
  • Assist in whatever is needed at the shop

​Qualifications:

  • Ability to learn basic car maintenance and repair tasks such as changing oil, brake pads, spark plugs, replacing starter, changing battery terminals, etc.
  • Willing to learn new skills, such as a/c repair, body repair, engine rebuilding, window tint, vinyl wrapping, etc.
  • Strong work ethic
